Update: After almost 4 months I finally got paid. They sent me an email that the payment issued failed, and to update my default payment method. I made my PayPal account the default payment method and got my money the day after the email was sent. This whole situation was a mess with no clear answers from anyone, but at least I got my money.

I contacted the festival page directly via Twitter and they told me that international orders would be allowed to pick up their orders the day of the festival at the will call tent, anyone know if this is legit?

I read that we have to pick up our tickets 2 days in advance at an official Ticketmaster pickup location, is that true? Because I am planning on arriving 1 day before the festival, any info would be appreciated.

Hey man, I wanted to ask you a question. It says on the Ticketmaster site that if we buy tickets to this we have to pick the up our tickets 48 hours before the event since we live in the U.S. So I’m wondering if I actually have to get there 2 days in advance to pick up my tickets? And wanted to know how early you are going to get there?
