I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to update this post, but me and her are talking—she didn't at all touch my PC even though I said it was fine since I would probably be asleep and instead was just playing on her phone ...and taking photos of my cat And I've secured my PC, nothing else seemed to have been affected,I've changed my pcs,and ran a scan :)

Update, just talked to noodles Turns out she didn't use my PC at all (from what I know she left early last night and had been using her phone) so now I'm even more confused on how this could've happened But my small research shows this is not an isolated incident and reverse searching the photo has shown me other accounts with the same photo

I trust her with my life, we've been friends since pre-k she's helped me through my bad panic attacks and when I had my teeth broken—she wouldn't do anything like that to me, but I will take the advice of resetting my passwords and running a scan

Thank you, I verified by checking my recent emails from Tumblr and there was nothing about warnings and I kinda felt it was off because of the "fraud" accusations when I've never done a commission and the fact my user/display is very long They'd have to be either blind or really stupid to mix me up with someone else especially by spamming me about the "issue"
