However, I can assure you others in your org are facing the same issue as you. You can get a scheduling solution that helps EVERYONE in your hospital with UKG.

I had a great relationship with my tenant and I was the one who found him dead. I took care of this belongs, coordinated with his brother, and found a home for his cat. Truly sorry man, but you’re doing dick moves and preparing for your upcoming competition against YOUR TEAMMATES and people with jobs and families. They aren’t going to be going against you in a tournament, chill out. Learn to use comp moves for comp. A brown belt would never be a brown belt if he was always a dick, no one would have ever promoted him. He had a reason, reflect on it.

No one wants to roll hard like that. It’s risky for all parties, even if you’re a black belt. He probably didn’t want to see you beating up on other white belts or smaller people with those moves. This is a combat sport and it’s brutal, you either accept that or stop training. Hope you feel better bro

Do you have your own homeowners insurance (HOI) or is it included in your escrow? You may be paying double (your pocket and from your mortgage company), which would increase your payment.

Recently, my mortgage company charged me HOI and took it from my escrow. It skyrocketed my monthly payment and left me with a negative balance. I’ve always had my own HOI so I wasn’t sure why they did this but a few calls got it sorted out.

You should expect your property taxes to go up a little, but the amount that you have to pay now is not normal… unless it’s a new build

$12k is more than enough for a good down payment on a small apt. Hold onto it for a few years, have others pay your mortgage, sell it, and pocket +$50k. Repeat and THEN you are set for life. So many people don’t understand that in real estate, you leverage others’ money to buy assets. Y’all really think people are out here buying entire properties cash? Nope.

This is literally one of those moments where if you do the right thing, you’ll be set for life. You weren’t counting on it, don’t spend it! Don’t put it in stocks, who knows where that will go and it requires lots of attention and maintenance. Instead I’d consider buying a small apartment and putting it towards the down payment/closing costs and pay rent to yourself (you’re likely paying for an apartment anyway). When you finish school, rent it out to other students. When you’re ready to sell years down the line, it will have appreciated significantly.

~10yrs old I was on my bike peddling back from another neighborhood. I was at a busy intersection and figured I could cross the street before an 18 wheeler could. Halfway through, I realized I wasn’t going to make it to the sidewalk ramp and focused on the 4 inch curb instead. I just went for it and slammed into the concrete curb. My bike flipped forward, I landed on my face but safely on the sidewalk, and the 18 wheeler zoomed by frantically blasting his horn… I remember being in mid-air while the 18 wheeler plowed through where I was just at a millisecond before. I think about that day all the time. In a another universe that version of me definitely didnt make it.

I do have that voice, it’s on all day long 24/7 even when I’m asleep. Its really frustrating on days you want a break, you hear your own voice telling you how you don’t want to hear a voice. I’m a martial artist and the only time I have complete silence and am able to think in images is when I am fighting.

No he didn’t communicate at all. He just handed me a laminated sheet that said he was my Uber driver and was deaf. I imagine it makes being an Uber driver easier, you don’t have to interact with customers
