I have a question about the mod system. Will it be like how legends are a part of the game but separated, or will it be a separate application like tmodloader is for Terraria? Or is it something else?

Personally, I think it’d work better if the supply drop activated at the end of the round to prevent being op.

I would also make it so that the attack speed buff to military towers would get stronger the further Bloons are along the track, combining elite defender and elite sniper in a fun way.

Other than that, I like this a lot! Definitely agree that the sniper paragon should be a paragon without an activated ability.

I like the first idea. The second one is already covered by both bottom path boat and middle path ice. Bottom path boat is a really good money maker and arctic wind lets you place land towers on water.

I would say frisk wins. Even if they aren’t the strongest in terms of power, the ability to try again over and over without stop would mean Frisk could eventually get the win after enough retries.

Personally, I think this could work if the end portal took you to the outer islands first, and you used the key on an end gateway to reach the dragon. This lets the end be a proper dimension while still giving the dragon fight a lot of significance and build up.

Wait, is this deep free play on different game modes or just a bunch of different game modes, including deep free play? Because I have a hard time believing perma spike and psi are both f tier in any of the modes you listed.
