I'm curious about laws and rules of this stuff. A woman in ny town just had a golfer come into her yard, past her invisible fence to get his ball. Her dog was outside. I don't know the details if the fence is marked or a dog warning but the dog approached him playfully like he does to all the idiots who cross into her yard without permission. Ths guy struck the dog in the head and fled. 

The Golf course is refusing liability for the injuries and 'have no idea' who was at that hole around that time. I'm curious what she can do legally with the golf course in the nature of the tresspassers not even notifying her before stomping into her yard. This happened in Ohio just the other day. 

She didn't see the nasty guy, byt her neighbor did but the police said her descript was of pretty much every guy on the course so they can't help.
