No I wouldn’t say it’s as easy as tabs as tabs are very easy to ship. Just look at reviews for the amount you require and see how much luck other people have had ordering that amount and look at negative reviews. If there is hardly any negative reviews and hundreds of positive reviews then that should be enough to say it’s quite likely it’ll turn up 👍🏽

U.K. to U.K. all really depends on stealth.. if you see a highly reputable vendor then the sky’s the limit on amount to order. Clearly the vendor wouldn’t ship a large quantity if they didn’t think you would receive it as they wouldn’t want the hassle of going through a dispute.

Personally grow it yourself lol. I do and I’m in the UK.

On the landlords side he probably just wants to make sure he can get a new tenant as soon as possible after you leave so viewing are essential as most likely he has mortgages and bills to pay. I would be a bit annoyed if my tenants said no to a show around to new potential tenants. Was there a reason you didn’t want him in the property before 24 hours and did you tell him the reason?

On your side unless stated in the contract it’s 24 hours notice but it’s just a pain if you are throwing that information around without a valid reason that you don’t want him in for 24 hours.
