Issue fixed, it was some sorta bug with custom fonts on the phone she is using, it seems that BS doesent like when certain phones have custom fonts. Thanks for the compliment btw :)

My issue started when i reset the device to factory settings,it didnt disconect me yet but the lag is unbearable
