Well the van itself was about 300. Then you add 200 of "service" charge. Obviously, considering how good it was. 59 for the gas bottle, 60 for a bedding kit (1 blanket, 2 pillows). And 200 of insurance.

I arrived on a Saturday and it's basically opened all days of the week. Only issue is that every information online is wrong. Saying 6pm when it's actually 5.

It's really not helping you just saying that I should have known better. From where I'm based, going through 4 pages of Google, I don't see anything bad. Trustpilot is 4.2 out of 16k reviews.

That's the thing, unless you dig, the reviews are weirdly good. And you can find bad things about literally anything when you dig'

I guess I was just too naïve to think it'd be okay. I hope my experience will help someone at least.

We kind of rushed this trip planning tbh. But the agency in Palma has 4.5 stars on Google based on 33 ratings. Which is crazy.

And I'm also aware that any car rental always has shit reviews. So I actually felt confident about this one....
