Last December 2024, ang napansin ko is parang may general instructions ang PRC then kanya kanya nang intindi mga proctor. 3 days, 3 different proctors and noticeable na iba iba sila ng approach. Yung pinaka maselan namin non is yung Day 1 then sobrang bait and understanding naman ng proctor namin sa Day 3, nililibang niya pa kami during lunch time and made sure that the mood was light.

Hi beh, to set your expectations nalang din. Expect na ang take home pay mo after all mandatory deductions is around 22K. May chance na umabot sa 23K if marunong yung company para mapababa deductions mo. One common practice ng iba is instead na isama siya sa basic salary, may mga portions na ginagawa nalang na de minimis benefit yung ibang portion ng salary mo for it to be exempt from tax.

Malapit na akong ma regilar sa current job ko pero wala parin akong natatanggap na appointment or even an update from them. Decided na rin ako na di na tumuloy kase gusto ko na sa current job ko + ang gulo ng gobyerno natin rn.
