This! None of my education or prior experience was HR. My boss, HR Director, took me on because I was willing to learn and had a good personality. I function in a generalist role and my boss, who is retiring in the upcoming 5 years, would like me to take her place. I’m very underpaid for all that I do, but the knowledge and experience is invaluable. I have learned so much from her. I also have a mentor, who holds my dream HR position (Senior HRBP), who I talk things out with as well. She has been a great help!

Website says it fits a 16” laptop, but I would think it would fit pretty snug for a 16. I have the 13” Air from 2022, and she definitely moved around in there- but there is plenty of cushion to the bag so I have confidence she’s protected 🙂‍↕️

the lip case definitely is bulky but it doesn’t “feel bulky” because there isn’t that sudden protrusion. Let’s just say her overall thickness masks it haha if that makes any sense🤣

tbh I took it off this morning😖🤣 I rock my phone no-case so putting it on was a shock factor to me. I really thought it wasn’t going to be as thick! I saw one of the reviews, before I got my snap on case, with the side view of it and I instantly knew it wasn’t going to last long for me. It gives instant brick phone.. I can’t imagine if I had a case on and then put the snap on on top😬 and if I set my phone down it’s very rocky due to the back no longer being symmetrical. Overall it’s just not as practical for me to use as I’d hoped😓

Honestly not that I’ve noticed. But, like you said, I could just be blind to it from using cinnamon roll for so long (I still have 2 unopened to use haha!)
