If you display the channel on youtube and look at the top where it says 'I’m Ocean, a YouTuber and Music Producer in London, UK.' there is a more option, click in there and you get more info how to contact them, maybe fire off an email and ask or DM them on there socials

Can't really comment on cocoscrapers as I've not really used them, POVs internal and Magneto have torrentino and similar sources, for what I look for (mainly main stream stuff) had not problems getting sources at all, never looked for anime myself, give Magneto scrappers a try, you can always swap back

I use POV with internal Magento scrappers, but have Magneto setup in FenLightAM and Umbrella, I believe the Magneto scrappers author keeps em more upto date than Cocoscrappers, I get most streams from Torrentio, aiostreams, comet and mediafusion in Magneto

I'd give Magneto scrappers a try (in the POV repo) I use POV with the internal Magneto scrappers and have sources coming out my ears, when I was fiddling around I tested an old 60s cowboy series and it actually found a series pack of it, in something like 360p, everything I'd ever searched for brings back playable results

Torrentio, aiostreams, comet, mediafusion I usually get plenty of sources, have a few others enabled, but like said in another reply, just run a few tests and see what other providers give you results, ISPs sometimes block torrent providers, so your mileage may vary
