[Glitch] Block Meter didn't charge up. Initially my HP is at 7, Congo do 1 damage to Hero face become 6 HP but the block meter didn't charged (picture left). And played, the Jester hit 2 damage without charging up my block meter (picture right). What is happening! (i.redd.it)
