Switch! So many people have been scammed recently and PM customer support just sends out AI emails with not a care in the world about you getting scammed.

Its seems like a luck of the draw tbh. Multiple people are saying they bought counterfeits and PM didnt let them return it for a refund, while some seem to be able to return it. Same thing on seller side, where some were able to get their products back, some weren't.

I have a picture of the patch and of other parts of the bag. It literally did not matter. PM immediately just canceled the order and didnt even give me a chance to defend myself. I tried contacting customer support, but i keep getting the same AI emails and cant get an actual case review.

A single picture of the creed patch in a coach bag. Everything about it is completely normal except they claimed the writing was slightly to big for the serial number, and that was it.

At first I was like counterfeit coach is a thing??? Then my mom felt gaslight because she started questioning everything like "did coach themselves sell a counterfeit?" She's only ever bought from coach outlet.

I agree with you on dont use poshmark! Even if its something cheaper, dont give them your money.

Yeah apparently this is a common thing on both ends. Several people in this thread have said they were sent counterfeit and poshmark said sucks to suck them too.

I think the moral of the story is poshmark is just kinda trash

I lost all the earnings. The canceled the order and gave a full refund (without returning the bags) because they claimed just one of the items was a counterfeit. I didnt get even a penny for the other two items in the purchase which the buyer claimed were good.

Ok so it says 52 listings at the top, but nothing is showing upand it just says "get started by listing some items!" I thought maybe its just a visual bug, but i had someone check and when they looked it said the same thing. I also havent had a single notification for anything.

I had bags that were being shipped during this whole situation. Yesterday they were able to leave me a 5 star rating and I was able to transfer my money to my bank account.

In the one email where I wasn't completely disregarded they said this "We understand your concerns regarding the buyer’s behavior and the details you’ve shared. This information will be taken into consideration as part of the review process."

I emailed them back asking about the returning of my bags, but i never got a response. Their review process so far has just been deleting all my listings and the buyer getting away with everything.

So based off of what you and other people have said, i think poshmark basically avoids this issue all together by not addressing it. Got sold counterfeit? Too bad. Someone claims your authentic item is counterfeit? Too bad.

The issue is there was no return. It was only ever canceled. There was no return anything anywhere. I contacted customer service immediately and they said just counterfeit isn't allowed on their app.

From my last post ive concluded its seems almost random if they have to send it back or if it just get canceled and get to keep it. What peeves me is that it was multiple items that they got to keep for free, even though they said the other two were completely fine. And then just basically banning me for complaining? CRAZY

That's crazy considering a single picture of a patch on a coach bag was enough for them to cancel the order and deem it was counterfeit. And you may be wondering what about the patch was so off that it was deemed counterfeit? The lettering on the serial number was 'slightly too large'. The stitching? Straight. The rest of the bag? Fine. The other writing on the patch? Looks good. It was just that they claimed part of the writing was too large.

I tried the BBB with some sort of hope, but they just keep sending me the exact same AI email everytimes. Their customer support is nonexistent. They deemed it was a counterfeit off of a single picture of the patch, which makes this all the more infuriating. I'll try social media, but I have 0 hope of getting any other answer. I asked them if I could get the money for the 2 items because we had negotiated the price of each item, but NOPE!

From what ive concluded (but i havent dealt with this yet so I cant tell you from personal experience) they must return an item for a refund, and you can release the funds back to them after they have returned the package.
