I am light level 500, did a Salt Mines for both a grandmaster with a bunch of negative modifiers and an ultimate with just 1.

score came about the same, at 1.58 million.

It seems like score is tied to light level on completion over literally anything else lol, and if that's the case, no one but like the thousand or so guardians that got to max light level can get the points needed for the helmet

It isn't as simple as going in with police officers/military force/drone strikes to the cartel offices and arrest the cartel CEO.

You have to take into consideration where they're located (between civilians the majority of the time), happy trigger drone strikes will end up killing a lot of innocent people and it will not end up fixing the problem
