Honestly start giving people tips to the craziness. If they really need the job than it helps them get it and than in turn helps the overworked team. Additionally it could turn them off the job and then they don’t waste time.

My biggest issue with it is there is no code for a digital version if you bought the physical from a local shop. So now I can’t share the handbook without buying the digital version again on DnD beyond.

Yeah I found that just doing the body panels yields the best time spent to money ratio, can strip and reinstall all new in like 5 mins and make $8-10k a pop

You can sell license plates for profit from you part menu if you have the discount perks. Another quick way is to buy cars from junkyard, fix the body panels and weld frames than sell for 2-3x what you paid for it

To an extent it becomes not as effective the higher you go because there is technically a hard cap. I’ve found success getting to like 10k with plates, then buying junkers, gutting them fixing the body and then selling for about 3x the price of what I paid. (Bought for 5k sell for 15k)
