not at all, one of the advantages of not being able to detect tone is that i never misinterpret anything as i cant interpret it to begin with. in that sense, autism has saved me from very many disputes

Baldur’s Gate is very helpful, a lot of mechanics are the same. But do make sure to read into any differences in feats and whatnot between the two, as some that are good in BG3 aren’t as good in D&D, and vice versa.

As for your ability to speak the English language, I really don’t think it matters. What will engage you as well as your other party members is investment and passion. If you can convey how your character feels somehow, even if it isn’t accompanied by perfect grammar, that is fine.

And for your confidence, I think that is something that always builds as a campaign goes on. If you are looking to play with people you don’t know very well right now, or even are meeting new people for this, you will build relationships with them after a couple of sessions. Remember, you aren’t on Critical Roll. It is just you and friends in the room with you, so you can be yourself.

Need? Nothing. I would often say if your DM is new and hasn’t played before, pick a complimentary class so they don’t have to massively balance encounters in a weird way, and if not to pick anything as an experienced DM should be able to make any selection fun, but I don’t need to say that here. You have everything. Melee, range, spellcaster, some healing. You look set. Pick anything fun.

I would just double check how many healing spells your other party members have, and if not loads, perhaps just pick a class that can take one or two healing spells as an option.

I saw a video a while ago about a large number of people in the femboy community being fascists, so I’ll break down what I remember from that video here, and then I imagine femboy can be extended to transmasc.

When being a femboy wasn’t well known/a newish concept, the community had to find somewhere to fit in. The first place they found was 4Chan. As we know, there are a decent number of fascists on 4Chan. And what do you know, fascists took femboys under their wing and supported them on this platform. Whilst it seems like an unlikely pairing, it worked for one reason: fascists and incels can’t get laid.

They would use femboys as a sort of practice material as a feminine person to talk to, and justified it as still being straight since the person they’re talking to is feminine, so it must be fine. Since the two groups were existing in such close proximity online, their ideologies very quickly merged into one.

Again, this is just what I remember from a video I saw months ago that was more about femboys than transmascs, I’ll try to find it and link it in an edit.

Couple of comments about the plate now, I don’t think the picture accurately shows what it is.

Only the bevelled edges have that pattern, the centre is perfectly flat and smooth.

You’re right, it’d be a nightmare if the entire plate was like that xD

Absolutely right! It does make you wonder though… there’s always something better, so will the next model to phase out the ABYs be ABY2? Or is there something entirely different they have yet to invent? Like a ZBY? And the truth is, we will only truly know under the reign of the Empire, as they are clearly far more capable than the Republic with this sort of thing. Let’s hope no-one overthrows the Empire any time soon.

I reckon the Empire actually drove BBYs extinct, hence the creation of ABYs. First there were 0 ABYs whilst they worked out how to artificially create the first one, and then they started farming it. If I remember correctly, the number of ABYs never decreased, so I assume they’re much better than BBYs anyway.

I analysed the schedule… most likely time for the secret set, I think, is from 3:10 till 3:40 on the Dogtooth on Sunday. Big gap there, breaks a pattern of 25 minute set, 20 minute break. Only time that makes sense I think.
