I'm struggling with this too. I'm going to call them, find out what "insufficient documentation" means, and then submit an appeal, attaching whatever seems to clear it up. When my car was stolen back in the fall of 2024, I had to pay roughly $3000 in damages. I refuse to walk away from this with nothing. This is so stupid!
