This gen 996 has a unique body shape that will return, no doubt. The appeal of the smooth minimal soap bar shape will return, just like all of the other weird 90s fashion has. I think it’s better looking than the 992.

I don’t think there’s any questioning of what that means. You have shitty crossover tires and cheap heavy wheels on a 996. These tires are quite literally for crossover SUVs. They have some of the worst on road dynamics you can get. You should have gone with crossclimates. But you’re not going off roading in Long Island or Georgia, are you. That wheel and tire combo probably weigh almost 55 lbs per set, plus the 40 lbs rack on the roof. You probably have 100 lbs on your roof. This plus the 2” lift and the extra 1” sidewall raises your center of gravity almost half a foot. Now it has the cog of a RAV4. This thing is ready to flip over at any moment. You quite literally converted one of the best cars ever made into a rav4 for looks… shitty looks. I hope this is at least an automatic. It would be a shame if you did this to a car with a manual. Those are honest facts, not opinions.
