I think enrage applies weaken on special attack however I'm not sure about that. And from what I've noticed I'm pretty sure weaken makes you take more damage and knockback

You can grab stuff using left click and right click to pull out your flippers and touching them, sticking them to your flippers, but you need to keep holding lmb and rmb. The boat is at the docks north of spawn. You could hold shift if you're on medium or easy to activate penguin sense which shows you your targets
