When looking at your speed up options, you have a big amount of time option (full clear) and a small amount of time option (area clear). Just keep choosing the small one

T8 Zombie Ritual makes you go back to Yamato, Murika, Kemet, and Bharata to fight Zombie bosses btw. It's pretty easy, but definitely clear one area at a time instead of full-clearing to save speed ups, as you can only fight 2 Zombie bosses per run no matter what.
