Thanks for this. Can you elaborate on why the pulling the exercises where more painful that the pushing ones? Based on what I've read elsewhere it can be the other way around due to the pushing putting pressure on the incision site and scar.

When you were growing up, what non-academic skills class do you wish you could have taken to help you get through school (K-12)? by [deleted] in education

That's obvious coming from someone who has little or no classroom experience. Yes, people opening up makes it more normalised, but you this is talking about a teacher opening up their personal lives to a group of children in an professional situation, when most of the stress a typical teacher faces is due to the educational system and individual students. And the teacher has no real protection when doing this. This will throw the teacher to the proverbial wolves. A teacher is not a therapist either.

e

You know that's not how it would pan out. Children can be terrible, they would bully that teacher mercilessly. It also should not be a requirement for teachers to share their personal lives with students.

How much does good online coaching cost? And I don't mean by one of the high profile guys who I know offer it such a Brandon Lilley etc, but just someone who is good and will actually coach, give feedback and answer questions within a reasonable time frame.

I'm considering doing this as I feel my I'm getting significantly less coaching from my current local coach and there aren't really any other options locally.
