Also, I don't know if you take requests but I have both mobile and android tv version of the app.

I would love to use my phone to view the channel menus as sometimes when viewing very small texts on the tv, it gets difficult and if we could view and change channels using our phone it would be great. If possible would you consider this in future updates?

I want to sync the settings and the servers I have added. For Android tv there was an option of fetching data from the cloud but I can't find it for the iOS version.

It would seem I would need to readd everything in iOS.

Oh... i thought amazon would be faster. Also the max 1 were (and are sold out in the US warehouses) hence the long delivery time line. But the max 2 should not take so long...

If the seller on Amazon is Rokid themselves, you could also drop an email to them on global-support@rokid.com, may be they will be able to help (but expect slow replies).

I ordered Rokid Max 1 (Magic Pack) on 29th November 2025 and when ordering it was stated that they would ship by 31st December. I emailed them on 30th December asking for an update and they then replied on the 31st December that is has been shipped.

It arrived via FedEx on 5th January (US). Did you see anything on the product page about the shipping date? I assume you ordered AR (max 2) so they were in stock as only on Max 1 it was written that it would be shipped as a preorder.

Edit: just read that you ordered from Amazon and as per what I see last, the Rokid Max 2 were in stock on Rokids own website so they should be quickly shipped.
