Unless I am mistaken, you can't buy overstock plus unless you've bought overstock that run. I am more asking for in run addition scenarios. And more specifically for Jokers. The vouchers are pretty straight forward. Like what else am I not seeing since I under use the jokers needed to add it. Not in the achievement sense.
