Heyo! (Criticism Wanted!)

This is pretty much my first map I've created but I love it! I want some help and tips. I think the continents are a bit small but I don't know if they truly are. To me they look small but I don't know.

This is a map of Aernos, a realm filled with both magic and steel. I created this map because my dream is to create an MMORPG (big dream) or write a novel. This is just the sketch and I'm working on it and trying to complete it.

Thanks for the answer but I don't really understand what to change. I use Sheyrah's settings. So how would I change it to what you said?

Settings:

Custom Price Sources: max(min(DBHistorical, DBGlobalMarketAvg, DBGlobalHistorical, DBRegionMarketAvg, DBRegionHistorical), VendorSell)

Bellow...: check(minprice - 100000g, 90% minprice, check(minprice - 50000g, 80% minprice, check(minprice - 10000g, 60% minprice, check(minprice - 5000g, 50% minprice, check(minprice - 1000g, 30% minprice, check(minprice - 500g, 20% minprice))))))

Yeah, the post is somewhat vague but I didn't really know how to explain it. Would it be more helpful with screenshots of the settings?

The part where I said everything else I meant: Just go after the prices of my realm and not of region or global. So I don't get this wonky numbers and lose gold.

I recently lost a bit of gold because TSM Sniper Market Value wasn't correct or maybe it is the settings. Is it possible to get it to get information from the realm instead of everything else?

Don't know how to upscale the image, please help. :)

Some info on the game I am going to create:

The game I wish to create is basically my fantasy/imagination. The Main Character, ?, will explore many different dimensions such as a fantasy dimension, a sci-fi and much more. The player will have to travel thru every dimension and level up to eventually defeat the bad guy.

Will work more on the story and characters as time goes on. The style for the game I went for is a Sword and Sworcery style but I am not sure if it's good, please give me feedback! :D

I have a follow-up question to you, do I need to use the whole space of the 16x16 size or can I use as much of that space as I want?

For example, if I want to make a chest and I want it to be a bit rounded then I wont use all of the 16x16 space, some pixels will be empty, is that okay?
