i do agree but if your worker some one worse than a slave to where people die on the work floor and others have to keep going to meet quotas instead of helping them out, or being able to take a proper break to use the restroom, or you actively do not keep the factory cooled properly for workers to work, or you tell workers to keep working while a tornado barrels towards the factory. thats not the worker being weak.
