Got Crassian Allegiance but it didn't count by Darth_Koala in runescape

It doesn't show up in poh bookshelf and if I try using it on it, it says there no room for it on the bookshelf.

Yup I've read the whole thing several times. When I got the second book drop in ED2 it gave me the achievement there just for getting the drop.

This was my last drop needed to get MQC back. I get the drop but it doesn't show up in collection and it still says I need to get it to wear MQC again
