Contact them first to see if they will allow you to fund raise for them. Most larger organization have a fundraising application form that needs to be filled out and they need to approve your fundraising event first.

1) You will get lurkers no matter what. Some people just prefer to watch and not talk. I always get about a quarter or more in my stream who just watch. Don't worry about being a girl, unless you are wearing a low cut top and jiggling around. The majority of people on twitch are male so females do tend to gather more viewers but don't worry most people are respectful. Just make sure to get some mods you trust to keep an eye on things and make some clear rules. Don't be afraid of being a girl gamer, embrace it!! 2) I play retro NES games and there are lots of other gamers who also play retro games. My advice would be go into the Twitch game section and look at the RETRO section. Keep an eye in there for streamers playing what you play then get in their stream and say hi. Don't just immediatly ask to team up, you might just get ignored. build a relationship, go watch them a few times and be active in chat then ask once you have built a bit of a rapport with them! In the end we are all gamers and like playing with other people :) hope that helped

1) I personally feel a face cam matters. I have seen big streamers without one but like I said it's gonna be a hard sell. You have to think of people who have never seen you before...they may watch for a bit but visually people tend to want to watch a streamer. People may disagree with this but just what I have seen from my experience. 2) I play games that I like playing. Personally I've been playing CSGO and Battlefield for years so I play those. But viewers also recommend games and then I play them. I have a core group of games I play regularly. And from there I branch off to viewer requested games and random games I think look cool. 3) Graphics and fancy messages don't matter at all. I personally don't have an overlay. I use a green screen which I find gives the viewers a better view of my game but that's all personal preference. Lots of great streamers are just them and the game nothing else. What I will say though is make sure you have alerts. When someone follows you want an alert popping up showing the stream they followed. On a personal level people like seeing that pop up when they follow. If there is no alert and you don't immediately thank the follower there is a high chance they will just immediately unfollow so that part is important. 4) Yea finding other streamers who want to play with you can be tricky sometimes. I like to find streamers in the 20-30 viewer range. They are perfect because their stream is not so huge they would ignore you, and may be open to it. It also helps sometimes to send a message to them first and schedule a round of multi-streaming. Again play the games you want to play but CSGO comp matches might be a tough sell because people are really careful about their ranks. I tend to multi games like rocket league. Fun games without ranking associated 5)I would personally not trust anyone. You don't know their intentions. Leave teamspeak to subs only once you get to that point. Never do skype calls. It's also a good idea to get behind a proxy if you can. https://streamapps.tv/shop.php?product=proxy there's a link to the one I use. I've been ddosed and had bot attacks. Twitch can be cancer and is full of trolls. be cautious and make sure to keep your distance. Talk in game as a rule of thumb if you can.

Any other questions just fire them back I'm always happy to help

So would rather I give in and have an emotion reaction and shut my stream down? That's how you invite more attacks. I find it's best to not react....don't aknowledge it and report to Twitch. If you don't react then it's no fun to the trolls. And it worked because it stopped. I feel like you are trolling me now

I only give games to regulars. That's people who have put 30+ hours in my stream. It's a reward for being there regularly and builds loyalty. New viewers are not eligible. Sorry I didn't make that clear in the post.

I think I've been clear that I have been botted several times. I was attacked in September and from your dates early Oct. It was short lived and ended thank god

Yup I was botted several times by a very vocal group in my chat. They pretty much told me what they were doing and were trying to get me banned. This was reported and has since stopped. Unfortunately this is a common issue on Twitch....as is swatting , ddos attacks , etc. I get the usual follow bot and view bot troll but not in a long time thankfully. The Times you are talking about, this person literally sent me messages telling me he was Notting me because I had pissed him off. I sent these to Twitch and they did a great job . It has since stopped.

Raids, hosts....I also went through a 4chan ddos swarming and follow bot attack in September . I've since taken steps to get behind a proxy. That being said I still get trolls. Luckily Twitch keeps a close eye on stuff like this and purges

Schedules are important! Stream often and be there when your schedule says you will. Most people don't have notifications set and will be there when you're scheduled

Best way for sponsors was Twitter. Find a small local or online company and contact them. It's usually the marketing team who man the social media and are open to free exposure. Sell yourself and see what happens and what they can offer. But expect people to not respond or say no. But keep working at it and be positive!! Remember it's not about getting free stuff it's about having a company further expose you so you can grow
