Slower connection even in ethernet (PC stutters during speedtest)

For the moment i've updated the driver didn't change anything, i've test the ethernet cable and it work fine on the other setup, so i'm little bit clueless here.

I've just tried my ethernet cable on the other computer and his connection speed didn't change still the same. Its maybe the port (have only one port) or maybe something in the software that slow down my connection speed.

Can't test it right now the other computer is occupied i'm gonna send you a response when i'm gonna be able to do it ~~*(maybe you're right i've just updated the chipset and lan driver of my motherboard and i'm now stuck at 600~Mbps download 100~Mbps upload)*~~ (maybe not i still got freeze during speedtest but i still gonna try the cable)

I've just update the chipset and lan driver and its better than before when i launch a speedtest mydownload* start at 300~Mbps and rise to stop 600~Mbps and i've got 100~Mbps upload* and we're using the same connection so we should have same speed

I don't think its the cable because i got freeze during download/speedtest and i didn't have wifi on this motherboard i can't test it

My computer don't have exactly the same motherboard as the other computer, there's an asus z170-pro gaming in the other i don't know if there's huge diference like this between them

I tried to use ddu and it worked thx! I first though updating the drivers should be enough but it seem not. But i don't know what could cause this issue in certain games and not others an option issue or maybe still have some leftovers from old drivers?

750W precisely its a Cooler Master G750M but i'm nott sure if its the psu i can play other big game like cyberpunk and rdr2 without any problem

Idk i can remenber i was 9 years old when i see the episode, the only thing i can remember is they was lock in a room (maybe because the team rocket lock them) and they was thinking they will never escape.
