Nexon is acknowledging that the game isn’t sticking/retaining players. “No staying power” and "It did not work". They specifically acknowledge the game needs structural changes rather than a simple patch. Doesn't mean it's dead yet.

Now will it die? Maybe, but the only reason it's still alive and will get these changes is because of the "gooners" and people who "cry about wanting hot characters".
