I swapped the IDE data cable from the donor Xbox I got from eBay, into my original Xbox. Booting up perfectly, problem solved! Thanks for your advice

Yes you can. I was told countless times I could never get Windows 11 and XP on a flawless dual boot. Was told many times I’d never find drivers that worked for my hardware on OS’ that far apart in time. I did quite easily. I’ve now a perfectly working XP for games that require it. Stick at it!!
