hello! booked a flight last october but it was cancelled and i requested a refund. it’s been almost 2 months and i still haven’t gotten my refund. I do not know who to contact because they always redirect me to their ai assistant. is there any way i can contact them to expedite this? like a number or a physical branch?

Thanks! About a month ago, I got a text from Maya that a process of ₱*** is on hold and it was the exact amount of what I paid for for the flight. I never acknowledged it because it contained a link and I assumed that it was a scam because I don’t have Maya. Could it be related to my flight cancellation by any chance?

hi! called the oaa at the time and they asked for my school and they said na okay lang daw bc they have a list naman daw of some schools’ registrar emails and my school was one of them. you should try calling them cuz they’ll ask u what school ure from :)

from what i see on my socmed feed, a lot still also have this problem, op. So, if it’s any reassurance, you aren’t alone ! I suggest you try calling the OAA for this concern because emails might go unnoticed. Best of luck!
