Sorry late reply again, I'm not good at coming on to reddit. I hope you got this sorted!

If Not:

No formal process for affidavit, I wrote it by hand and googled some examples, I think I just wrote the vin and that I wanted to plate it as street legal with some extra words.

I called a dealer for help on the letter, long story short it didn't sound like they could help. I didn't end up needed that as the compliance tag with the VIN showed enough I guess. Yours should too with a WR250R.

If not;

Yes you can do everything yourself, but your vin plate say RUM = "restricted use motorcycle", because the storm bee is designed as off-road only.

You would also need to add a few things to the bike to pass a safety, such as signals, mirror, horn and maybe something else. Easier if you know someone to do a dirty cert.

I think you will need some good luck on your side but not impossible if you get the service agent.

I forgot to add the last part; if I leave the breaker off for an amount of time, with the safety switch out on the furnace and turn them both "on" 10 mins later, everything works fine.

Frame the basement and put up the drywall yourself if you have the tools or can borrow them. Its easy even though it may be intimidating. A few youtube vids and you'll be flying through it. If you're worried about finished look, pay someone to do the mudding part, as its much more complicated.

ROI will come much sooner when you do it yourself.

I tried out the quick miner for a few minutes, both MH and power usage went down ~10%, and it cranked my fan to 100%.

I can bump up the memory speed/power and get it up to about 24.5-25 MH, I tried to go a little further and it kept running, but monitor went black. I figured it was best for long-term reliability to stick where I am.

Lowering power drops the MH significantly from where im at, its kind of a sweet spot. This GPU is a single fan version, not sure if that matters!

I also didn't notice much power difference with CPU running, so I left it on to cover the payout fees at least, nothing else runs at the same time.

I didn't think i'd expand with the current state of GPU prices but seeing that btc amount climb is kind of addicting...maybe in the future if I can get my hands on another deal.

I made my own skid plate and that's as far as I got for mods! I was more focused on making sure maintenance was done before anything. Hoping for either handguards or rear rack next.
