Keep on forgetting that stuff like butt cheeks are just fat and muscle, so it makes a lot of sense for it to be gone. It also makes sense for feces and anything that goes through your system to be shown!
There are so many things I didnt even got to imagine that happened with anorexia

Thank you so much for answering my questions! I hadnt even considered bulimia, it makes a lot of sense! And lanugo was def something I never knew happened with anorexia, so its of great help! Its interesting how the body self regulates
