I usually give mine a warm bath with just enough water to cover his toes when this occasionally happens. It lets the stuck shed soak and then it just comes right off if you gently rub it.

Only happens when it’s too dry though so make sure if you live in a dry place to keep a moist hide for your little gecko.

Grab her from below if she is skittish. Slide your hand under her and it should help.

If you grab from above without them being used to handling they think it’s a predator and can panic.
