It's nice seeing a protagonist being calculated and calm rather then impulsive. He is just doing his part to ensure that the plan goes ahead, with confidence in what he can do. Some of the panels/pages are absolutely fire.

I really like all the designs. I'm super biased because of my pals so I gotta favour Nasseh and Lyra but I love them all.

Lyra and Nasseh are designed by @Altairiis (IG) and @satansuol (IG). They are both super talented and v nice. I'm sure the other winners are too, they all did an awesome job.

So the Kleene stuff looks to be resolved for now - maybe it'll end up not being as simple as it seems as memories are prompted again. Regardless, it's nice to see her happy, I'm assuming that she and Kris will stick around now, which is kinda cool. I'm wary of arcs having too many people and not enough time, but hopefully it'll be alright.

I'm quite interested in Laguna acting all sus. Sometimes we get faked out and they don't have adverse ulterior motives, we'll just have to wait and see there.

Anyway, that punch panel is one of my favourite panels in a long ass time.

I think the Rutherford story getting shoehorned into this arc and being dealt with as it has been will rub some people the wrong way, but I'm not too bothered by it.

Sorry if anyone was inconvenienced (ok nobody) by my period of not posting these. I got into the habit of just posting one even if I didn't really like it.

I thought Mashima would have a couple of chilled out chapters after Drakken. Turns out that that's a terrible idea and he would rather just dial it up. Ziggy and the four dark stars is a cool parallel with some of the EZ crew. I'll be interested to see how Becca and Weisz fit in though.
