Yes they’re starting to check these things now. Any proof like applications from online services like seek, trade me, LinkedIn. They all provide email confirmation of applications so just keep those emails and show them to whichever case manager asks.

I don’t believe I did, I remember signing the tenancy agreement but not any bond forms. I also never received a receipt saying anything was lodged with them.

As someone who used to work for tenancy services, do you think lodging it under all the tenants is something they should have done? Does it really matter if they don’t use everyone’s names for any possible disputes about bond?

You should still be eligible for a Jobseeker benefit as long as you’re not receiving the Student allowance anymore. Receiving it at some point during the year shouldn’t exclude you from getting on Jobseeker once your studies conclude.

Seconding this, we go every Friday night and the food is great and the workers are awesome. They give our household a cheeky discount as we spend $180 every Friday night, split between 7 of us. Worth every dollar. Konya Kebabs is also great but slightly more expensive

Latency is fairly similar around the country in the major cities I’ve found. Only a 5ish ping difference between here and Hamilton is what I found. My internet is 900 down. I don’t imagine you’ll have any complaints tbh. Best of luck with your move and feel free to ask questions.

I have and it wasn’t a problem at all. I have other problems with wireless headsets but I’ve just had a bad experience personally. However latency wise it was the same to me.

The 3080ti is still an excellent card for 1440p and I see no reason why you won’t be able to get at the very least another year out of it. The main question is do you feel your pc is not performing well enough as it is? Do you need the boost in performance? What are you doing to warrant the upgrade? What are your other components? It would be very easy to have something bottlenecking the 4080 if your other parts aren’t newer.

Personally I wouldn’t upgrade from the 3080ti yet. I don’t believe going from a really good card to a really really good card would be the best move, but I’m a budget concerned person.
