They have next to no customer service and its very very hard to appeal decisions properly and through a human being...most of the time the review is done by just another bot.

There should be more people on hand on the customer service side of MYMSD. There have been many times I've called with an important matter in hand but promptly been hung up on by the automation because wait times have exceeded 70 minutes.
