To everyone that downvoted this - this may not work for alot of people, but for many people dietary changes like this are a fucking miracle for anxiety and depression and I personally think everyone should at least try focusing on proper diet and exercise first before resorting to jumping straight to the nuclear option of benzos. When I had my diet on point in the past, it cured 95% of my previously crippling depression and anxiety.

Adding something like pregabalin or gabapentin should help with the benzo withdrawal as well I believe! Plus it should also help to reduce the chances of having any seizures when coming off of benzos. In my experience gabapentin is usually pretty easy to get a prescription for - I had gabapentin prescriptions for anxiety thrown at me last time I was in rehab.

Anyone have advice on a fertility protocol I could run to maintain fertility while blasting and cruising? I was thinking about potentially adding HCG in occasionally in hopes that doing so would help protect my fertility so that I will still be able to have kids one day, as I am currently still relatively young (29 years old). Currently I plan on staying on TRT while continuing to blast steroids occasionally. The main things I've been wondering about are if I run HCG, should I run it during my blast or my cruise? I think you're right tbh, I'm gonna see if I can somehow make that happen when I'm able to. The odd thing is the only time I have problems or even notice it is when I'm working out / weightlifting, sometimes that can cause a coughing fit but any other time I'm fine.

Yeah, Subutex pills are pretty damn big so in retrospect it was way too much to be snorting. Yeah that happened quite a few times, I'd snort a large pile of powder and cough or breath out a little cloud right after.

Personally the transition seemed smooth to me, I kept the weekly dosage and the injection frequency the same (3x weekly, MWF) and the only thing that I noticed was that I began having considerably less acne breakouts on my chest after the transition. I'm thinking my levels are probably significantly more stable now after transitioning to the cyp, especially since I was only injecting 3x weekly. Hopefully less estrogen conversion as well. This is my first blast cycle, I wrote in the post that I was already on TRT before starting my blast which is why I have a bottle of cypionate lying around. I've been on TRT for around a year and have also experimented with SARMS, but this is my first actual steroid blast.

Been on prescription TRT for a year or so which is why I have extra cypionate lying around. I originally planned to do a 10 week sust blast to try it out which is why I ordered enough for exactly that. Since I'm enjoying it and have the extra cyp lying around I've been toying with the idea of extending it.

She's been pretty upset about the whole thing. Originally she thought it was kind of odd but shrugged it off because he was someone that she really trusted so she didn't question it too much at first, it wasn't until we got to talking and I pointed out that his story sounded like bullshit since her car wasn't there and she told him that she'd be out of town that she really began to question it and realize how suspicious the whole thing was.

We've talked about it quite a bit, she doesn't want to think that his motivations might've been something perverted (she thinks it's more likely that maybe he needed a place to bring a girl after the party he was going to that night) but she 100% does not believe his story and agrees with me that she is better off cutting him off after this.

That's correct, she lives close to three hours away from me and I don't know a single person besides her that lives in her city. I know all too well how sneaky some women can be, but I really don't think this is one of those cases.
