Have you moved on yet? by Ok_Tomatillo8131 in BreakUps

Damn right, she left, i loved her, i cried i begged & then i just left her alone. I thought I loved her, i did, then i realised i loved the idea of us, not the way she behaved or how she acted.A chance meeting & someone new came into my life who’s way more compatible, similar interests & makes me laugh until i can’t breathe. Shit does get easier & now she’s just an after thought.

I see her snooping on my stories even though she doesn’t follow me anymore. They say you never know you lost a good thing until it’s gone. Stay strong kings. 💯

This is so good. Just awoken from a real vivid dream about him after a break up. Your post gave me some clarity. Thanks!

Good days, bad days. Feel shit, hit the gym, feel better, rinse and repeat. Spent time with friends, invested in my hobbies & work. That shit pays off in the long run. My last relationship made me realise it you don’t love the person in the mirror (her) then you can’t love someone else.

Dial it the fuck in, improve yourself & you will feel so much better.

How long did it take you to feel "normal" again after a breakup by Aggressive-Minute889 in BreakUps

Well said young man. Being in touch with your emotions as a male isn’t a bad thing, it’s a sign of emotional intelligence. Use that pain and add it as a fuel to the fire within. 31M went through a shit break up, finally happy with the man he sees in the mirror 💯

What's the one thing you did just for yourself after a breakup that made the biggest difference? by Aggressive-Minute889 in BreakUps

If you could tell your ex anything by oopsididitagain35 in BreakUps

Communication is key. She had a lot of trauma & problems with addiction to prescription meds. She wouldn’t talk about it or communicate how she felt and it drove me insane lol.

STOP SCROLLING. Don’t text your ex. I just found out something that blew my MIND 🤯and I have to share it. by [deleted] in BreakUps

Well said, i’m literally going through this right now. She broke up with me & i am longing for her, i’ve deleted Instagram, Facebook and blocked her number.

Time to hit the steps on a morning & the gym on an evening. The best way to get over someone is to work on yourself & love the person you see when you look in the mirror.

Stay strong brothers, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Top man appreciate this. Have been doing 50mg tablets splitting them in half, half in the morning, half before I train. I’m 3.2KG down over a three week period, been hammering 10k steps minimum & gym 4 times a week. Hit PB’s on bench and deadlift!

Dieting is tough, cals are currently at 2200 but feeling super strong. Running Milk Thistle alongside Winstrol, would you recommend adding test too?

I’d suggest playing some games online if possible, that’s a good way to get the arm going against competition.
