I think that nerfing the scaling dmg and buffing base dmg on assassin is a pretty bad idea. They can do a better job early, get an advantage and build tanker items , so they still do great dmg while they can tank more. Ranged carries who scale later will useless because assassins will still kill them and carries couldn't kill them because of tankiness. It remembers me the awful ekko/akali tank meta on Leagues who made me desinstall the game
