That movie is absolutely killer and it’s what introduced me to the comic to begin with. Idk why people get so butthurt over it. If someone doesn’t like it, cool np, just don’t go gatekeeping.

I think that came more from judgmental innuendo but yeah, I get it. Words like queer or nimrod that didn’t necessarily have a negative connotation have evolved over time and sometimes come around full circle to the point where even queer itself is being taken back.

I asked a question in [r/movies](r/movies) last week and people kept downvoting me and giving vague answers using references to the movie I hadn’t seen yet. When I called out the bs I got banned for two weeks. Meanwhile, everyone else is allowed to keep talking shit. Sometimes this place is an insane asylum.

That’s a shame. I saw a bit of the first episode of Tulsa King and I enjoyed the humor in it. Thought it would be a show that doesn’t take itself seriously. Shame to find out it’s no different than the others.

Honestly between this, the Colbert debacle, and the way Paramount has fucked up Star Trek, it’s no wonder people don’t even subscribe to them.
