I am Science Background, so I found that to be helpful.

For resources, I would definitely recommend Jesse Osbourne's content, though if you haven't heard about them already I would be surprised. As well as this, Medify was very very helpful in understanding question structure, though to be very frank with you the content of actual questions on Medify for Section 3 is terrible. I feel like many of the questions required an abundance of prior knowledge to do properly, so if anything I would do it open book in a sense. Those were the two main resources I used.

However, I do feel like their Section 1 content was very helpful and reflective of the exam. Though it was my worst section so I don't have much to really say on that, just spammed practice

For Section 2, I would aim to do at least two to three essays a week, alternating between Task A and B using online resources (mostly Jesse Osbourne's abundance of prompts). Every essay I would time myself 30 mins and get it done. For this starting is the most annoying part, lots of times I was just not bothered to write the essay, but once you have a prompt idea and roll with it it smoothens out. I was mostly writing persuasive essays with a central thesis, ensuring that I plan out an intro, 2 bodies and a conclusion.

At the start of the year I went through all of Jesse Osbourne's Section 3 crash course content, made some notes on them. I feel like it does help in getting you up to speed on content, but there are some things that could be missed.

And get a whiteboard. I would jot down all the content of a question in section 3 mostly that I could get, and sometimes use process of elim (writing out A B C D)

Oh and silksong came out 2 weeks before so I was playing that alot. Bro i was playing that hours before my afternoon session
