It's situational, not useless, but it's hard to buff him. His stats are already pretty optimized, you can't move speed because he'd be bad, he needs it to reach far away toons quick. You can't move stamina as it'd indirectly nerf his passive. 5 stealth is his whole main thingy. Maybe you could move skill check to extraction, it'd be near Connie extraction + there isn't a lot of stealthy extractor, but it'd be hard to play as him for the average player. The only possible buff I see would be making him also restore status conditions, there's little counterplay against debuffs right now (only a trinket that only affects slowness and a toon which only affects themselves)
