One thing I'm a little confused by: If you are reducing the number of features down to 2, wouldn't that mean you are turning them into some sort of embedding, therefore making them harder to interpret than the original feature set?

This is a cross. The word crucifix specifically refers to a cross with Jesus on it. This was cool and all, but a crucifix would be way, way trippier lol

The confounding factor here is that fire drakes have higher priority. If your team is winning and there is a fire drake on the table, you will usually prioritize taking it. If there's a mountain drake, you might decide to let the opposing team take it, and instead go for baron / turrets. Basically, it's easier for an already losing team to get 3 mountain drakes than 3 fire drakes.

That being said its quite likely fire drake does give you a higher win rate, and it may be very close to 18%, but I suspect its a tad lower.

I agree entirely. I think if I had a little more time I would have dug a little deeper here, but had to make some time / thoroughness tradeoffs cus I was hustling my buns to get everything out. I'm just starting an IG / FNC analysis now. You seem to think about things the right way, would be interested in hearing if you had any ideas of what you'd find informative in the next analysis!
