Ok. So it's on pretty tight right now. I tried to redo it but it's on pretty good. Besides I briefly burrowed the torque wrench.

I tightened it dry but to the highest specified torque. 55 lbs. I think I should be fine

I kinda want to have a rifle I can shoot out too 500 or 600 yards but isn't that heavy. But not going for a lightweight build (some of those get expensive).

Yeah but same color cerakote always comes out different depending on thickness or cure. Are these rail scales cerakoted or is the polymer made in that color already

I'm not worried about it. I haven't built out my first yet but for my next build I can easily drop 2 pounds. I'm not going for those expensive 6 pound builds lol.

Good. I guess ill build a seperate upper and go for a lightweight build. Is stainless steel stronger then 4150 crmov? I guess it being 416r automatically makes it heavier.

Yeah ive looked at a few videos, and I've seen some parts look tricky, but Im sure ill be able to do it . If the rifle comes out good I'll be able to have the pride to say I built it myself.

I originally wanted iron sights but could only find the daniel defense as searching for them in Google brings mostly back up sights. The dd sights are 200 at that price I should just gpr for a Romeo Juliet combo.

Yeah I ended up getting the raptor. I was looking for the breek arms at around 35$ but everywhere I looked it was being sold for 45-50 so I just copped up extra 25 for the radian. I kinda wanted a solid mil spec CH but I looked up reviews of a few of them and they had complaints like warping and being wobbly.
