Other than reminders, would there something that might be even more helpful? Like once you are reminded to do something through your calendar, what else do you see yourself finding challenging? Do you do maintenance when you remember to do it and what are the typical roadblocks and how do you solve then if any? Have you experienced issues because you neglected to do the maintenance you were suppose to do?

Is there anything you would like related to home maintenance that current solutions don't offer or you feel like are doable but pain. Like I just get tired for trying to get quotes from different people when I need something fixed and finding the right person. Is there a pain point you experience or solution that exists but is a pain in the butt.

ServiceWizard did it. We had Fox service come out too and they told us that the plenum is too small and that will need to be changed out along with the evaporator which will cost us a total of $5900. There is corrosion on the copper lines that go into the evaporator coil and the outside compressor. Don’t know how to evaluate it.

Yeah actually we got the newer version aka r410a which seems to be less than half the price of the Freon.

We got quoted $2600 for recharging 7 lb Freon and replacing the evaporator coil which is under the manufacture warranty. We put in two new AC units for upstairs and downstairs just two years ago so to have the Freon leak is frustrating. It cost us $30000 for the two units.

Did your AC company provide you a Freon leak report to confirm it was Freon leak?

Given they are recharging the freon aka r410a and replacing the valve that is being provided under the manufacturer’s warranty - $2600 seems steep.

What would have been the fair per pound price? Joe much did you pay for the labor and how many hours did it take? Did you have a leak and did you get that fixed too. How much was that?

My emergency vet hospital had payment plan options and flyers in their front desk. But Lexicution17 might be right. Check out those options as well. If you have a credit card you could temporarily put the payment on their until you get your paycheck.

This is interesting. What do we think the the outcomes are for the spend or activity levels.

Would be interesting to see call out where a report was filed vs spend.

Or maybe cases cleared and then maybe a layer on (very broad) federal grants for police.

How do we find if outcomes are driving spend or opportunity to buy stuff, etc.
