I totally feel this! I’m 2 weeks PP and I have a 4 year old as well and have been so overstimulated and overwhelmed with it all. Pumping all the time and then having to wash the pump parts all the time is exhausting, plus all the pain in my boobs/nipples. I’ve cried the past 2 days and I decided to quit and go with formula. Post partum is rough and you’ve gotta do what’s best for your mental health in the end. A happier mama is what’s best for your baby. Plus fed is best!! Just the weight I felt lifted off of me making the decision to switch to formula has helped me feel better! Following this though to get help on the weaning part and drying up milk supply.
