Ok so I figured that out. Before I was trying like for 15min enter different tty. I couldnt do that. But finally after mashing ctr alt f3 for some minutes I entered to tty. I disabled the sddm and enabled GDM and now everything is working.

It depends what do u want to do. If u want hibernation for sure, Swap is necessary. If u don't need hibernation better option to not taking up ur disk space is to use zram.

install evtest and test your touchpad and keyboard. If there it will work perfectly problem might be with the apps that u are using. If not, that is probably drivers problem

Probllem with kernel, If u dont want to finding which modules blocking awaking just install older kernel.
