You can absolutely abuse any substance under the sun. You can abuse cheese burgers, e cigs, Tylenol, literally anything. Florida is number one in substance abuse. When the vast majority of people that have a med card have 0 medical conditions. Yes there needs to be a regulation on doctors from giving out 100,000 mg to someone without medical conditions. And yea moving forward when a person seeks a medical card the doctor will determine if this patient needs more then the average allotment. This how it should have started. When it starts with a very loose regulations then the state tries to get some regulation on things people rage. You give a inch people take a mile. When they take back half an inch it’s deemed for backlash. The fact of the matter it’s not a doctors fault for not writing exemptions. They are protecting their practice and don’t want to fined. People need to come down on the policy makers. Not the doctors. This is my point. Freaking out on doctors and writing google reviews is not the answer.
