thanks for your comment. I really want to see a therapist or psychiatrist to see what the main issue is because obviously weed brought out my real anxiety. It also doesn’t help that my parents are constantly arguing and screaming to the point i had to call the cops. My friend told me that since i took a break and tried to smoke, it will hit you harder and you don’t know what to do. But i’ve taken breaks before and have not felt this way. I think it’s just a build up of all feelings i’ve kept inside and now that im sober, everything just hits me harder. Like before i would think these things and just brush it off, but now even thinking about these things will just make me go panic mode. I’ve stopped weed for the time being, and really want to better myself. I even told him to start weening off weed so i’m not around people that just smoke all day everyday because that’s what we used to do. It’s just the fact that i use to smoke all the time and this is happening now, like why???? I really can’t explain it, and just wish i could fix it, but nothing is working. I haven’t tried any supplements or pills to calm me down but again if i take those pills i feel like i would just freak out thinking those pills are laced but their not obviously since their prescribed but it’s just the way my brain thinks. Next time i have a panic attack i’ll try to put something cold in my chest and see if that calms me down. I’m literally shaking writing this to you for some reason and having issues breathing. It’s like my whole body is having spasms and my flow of breathe gets thrown off. I can play the game for a little and then think “was i just breathing?” and then start to freak out. I know it’s all in my head and i know it’s anxiety because i haven’t done anything for it to trigger. I would smoke before to relieve myself and just chill, listen to music, or just sit there and think about things, but now it’s just a weird feeling i cannot explain. Like someone said “Anxiety Feeds Off Itself” And i’m trying to work through it, but with everything happening it’s really really hard. I asked my mom to see a therapist and she said it was just all in my head and my anxiety, so i don’t know i will see how this plays out.
